Club Structure
The East Stirlingshire Football and Athletic Club is registered with Companies House and has been a public limited company (Company number SC007575) since 15 June 1910.

As at 10 January 2026 the club has three directors:
1. Fleming, Ian Alexander ( Appointed on 26 October 2011)
2. Williamson, Andrew (Appointed on 16 May 2016)
3. Dickerson, Simon Franklin (Appointed on 24 February 2023)
In addition to his director responsibilities, Andrew Williamson is the Club Secretary.
From the boardroom to the backroom staff, each person plays a vital role. The club structure includes the Board of Directors, management team, coaching staff and dedicated volunteers.
